Digital Zero Setting Device 0.001mm with Magnetic Base, DASQUA

The digital zero setting device is designed for fast and precise tool setting on milling machines, CNC machines, and other high-precision machining applications. It is an ideal solution for reducing setup time and improving workflow efficiency.

With a 0.001 mm resolution, it provides significantly higher precision than conventional zero setting devices. Measurement accuracy is ±0.002 mm / 0.0001", while repeatability reaches 0.003 mm / 0.0001", ensuring reliable and repeatable results.

A built-in light indicator at the "0" position provides clearer and more accurate zero detection compared to mechanical zero setters.

Its inductive measurement technology allows use in IP65 working environments with splash water resistance, while preventing damage to tool cutting edges.

The magnetic base ensures stable fixation on machines, shortening tool setting time and greatly improving work efficiency. Supplied in a fitted aluminum case. Optional 100 mm height available.
