DESCRIPTION
The KC810 Grade is designed for machining steel and stainless steel.
Base Material: Cemented carbide for high strength and long tool life.
Coating: CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) with materials such as TiN, TiCN, or Al2O3, providing excellent wear resistance, thermal stability, and resistance to thermal shocks.
Applications:
Ideal for medium- and high-speed cutting operations.
Suitable for machining steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
Can be used for both semi-finishing and finishing operations.
Usage Recommendations:
Cutting Speed (Vc): Depending on the workpiece material, it can range from 150–400 m/min.
Feed Rate (f): Typically between 0.1 and 0.3 mm/rev for medium to fine machining.
Depth of Cut (ap): Recommended between 1–3 mm.
