Parting insert with r0.2 cutting edge and coating. Ideal for grooving and profiling in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum.

Chip Breaker:
MG - Round profile chip breaker, suitable for general machining and grooving.

Materials:

• YBC251: Grade for steel and cast iron. CVD coated P20–P35 carbide for medium to roughing operations of steel and cast iron at lower cutting speeds.
• YBG202: PVD coated P10–P30/M10–M25 carbide substrate for finishing to medium applications of stainless steel and steel (milling). Good wear resistance across a broad application range.
• YBG302: PVD coated P15–P30/M25–M40 carbide substrate for medium roughing applications of stainless steel and steel (milling). Good wear resistance and toughness.
• YD201: Grade for aluminum. Uncoated K10–K30/N10–N30 carbide substrate for medium applications in aluminum and other materials.
