DESCRIPTION
The dies with G thread are manufactured according to the DIN 223 standard and are used to create external threads on pipes. The G-type thread, also known as BSP (British Standard Pipe) thread, is cylindrical (parallel) with a constant pitch. It is widely used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
G Thread:
It is cylindrical, with a thread angle of 55°, in compliance with the ISO 228-1 standard.
It does not provide sealing through the thread itself (additional sealing materials like PTFE tape or sealing rings are required).
Applications:
Connecting pipes in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
